One other thing that bothers me is why everyone releasing fighting games on PC does not take a look at Fightcade when it comes to online. There are no other benefits to the Steam version as well - just the addition of a survival mode and training mode is not enough IMHO.

Not sure why SNK handed it over to those guys and why nobody tested it before release. Garou on the other hand was ported by Dotemu and they screwed up. I was at least hoping for something similar to the KOFs they put out recently, but those were ported by Code Mystics and they did a fine job. If you want a legal ROM for Garou, just get it on Humble Store and play through Fightcade or something. This plays nothing close to the Fightcade or Mame version. It was playable, but not nearly as crisp and responsive as fighting game should be. To put it blunt, the framerate fluctuates and you all know what it means. Not sure how they could screw this up so bad. This is some sort of emulated version but runs horribly.

Played through the story mode in 21 minutes total and refunded instantly. I have read the bad reviews, but decided to check it out anyway.
